The Toronto Real Estate Boards Market Watch shows the average sale price for a home in Uxbridge last month(October 2010) was $470,798 and the median sale price was $412,500 with half of the homes sold in October selling for more than #412,500 and the other half selling for less than $412,500. 52% of homes sold were in the range of $300,000 to $500,000. This compares to 43% in the same range across the GTA Bungalows across Uxbridge Township that sold ranged from slightly over $280,000 to over $600,00. Two Storey homes Ranged from the low $300,00's to the low $600,00's in Town and over $1,000,000 out of town. Split level and other home styles sold from just under $300,000 to the high $680,000's right across the Township.
